IPI establishes and maintains high standards in our Quality and Health, Safety & Environment Management (HSEQ) systems by utilizing best practices in key processes to ensure that we meet the expectation of our customers, employees and community. The spirit of continuous improvement is our management philosophy as evident from our regular review of company’s Objectives and Targets. This review highlights opportunities to achieve maximum benefits to better serve our customers and our employees

Our Quality & HSE Management Systems are reviewed through regular internal audits and management reviews to identify areas for further improvement. Our systems ensure that we are constantly kept abreast of new standards, regulations and codes of practice that may impact our HSEQ systems with the intent of achieving excellent quality standards while keeping our people safe and protecting our environment.

We believe in use of technology and best in class HSEQ Management software to continuously improve the implementation and monitoring of our Quality and HSE Management system. Our employees can access Job Safety Analyses and other relevant HSEQ documentation online while performing their tasks to help them increase hazard awareness and minimize risks.

We continue to demonstrate high performance in Quality and HSE as measured by our Key Performance Indicators (KPI).  These results further support our strong commitment to serve the interests of all our interested parties including our customers, employees, contractors and the communities in which we live and work.
